What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 32 nights. Stays are offered under a seasonal rental agreement with a defined duration and temporary purpose.

Is this tourist accommodation?

No. Calafat Sea Living offers seasonal stays, not short-term tourist accommodation. No hotel services are provided and stays are formalised through a seasonal rental agreement.

What types of accommodation are available?

Currently we offer three types of accommodation:

  • Rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom
  • Independent studio with private kitchen and bathroom
  • Full apartment with several rooms

What is included in the accommodation?

All accommodations include Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen facilities (private or shared depending on the option) and basic equipment suitable for a seasonal stay.

Are utilities included?

Utilities (water, electricity and internet) may be included or charged according to the written confirmation and contract. When included, a reasonable use policy applies.

Is the accommodation suitable for remote work?

Yes. Many stays are designed for remote work or professional stays, with stable Wi-Fi and a quiet environment.

How can I check availability?

You can contact us via the website form or WhatsApp indicating approximate dates, number of guests and the accommodation you are interested in.

How is the stay formalised?

If availability is confirmed, the conditions are confirmed in writing and the stay is formalised through a seasonal rental agreement.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. Depending on the stay, a legal deposit and possibly an additional guarantee deposit may be requested as specified in the contract.

Where is Calafat Sea Living located?

The accommodations are located in Calafat, L’Ametlla de Mar (Tarragona), on the Costa Daurada in a quiet residential area near the sea.

Are rooms available in summer?

No. During the summer season rooms are not rented individually. At that time the studio or the full apartment are prioritised.

How many people can stay?

It depends on the accommodation and the maximum occupancy indicated in each listing.

Are pets allowed?

Pets may be considered in some cases. Please check with us before confirming your stay.

How does check-in work?

Before arrival you will receive access instructions and the necessary information for your stay.

Is there parking?

Parking in the area is generally easy. If any specific parking option is available it will be indicated in the stay confirmation.
